This Gevrey-Chambertin is produced on a plot of about one hectare, with vines aged about thirty years. It is aged in oak barrels for 14 to 18 months (with 25% of nine) .
On the nose, it delivers meaty aromas that mingle with fruity aromas (especially blackcurrant) and fine woody notes. The palate shows great delicacy in the material and the fineness of the tannins, freshness and good aromatic persistence.
