SHIPPING INFORMATION


By requesting us to ship your wine, you are authorizing The Wines to act on your behalf to engage a common carrier to deliver your wine to you, and you are warranting that you are acting in a fashion compliant with your country laws regarding the purchase, shipment, and delivery of wine.

Alcoholic beverages may be sold and shipped only to persons who are at least 18 years old. By placing your order you represent to us that you are at least 18 years old and that the person receiving the delivery is at least18 years old.

Any insurance purchased by the buyer covers only loss or breakage by the delivery company. It does not cover damage caused by weather or confiscation of the shipment by any authority. We assume no liability for weather damage or for loss due to the seizure of any shipment.

We use B-post, Mondial Relay, Dpd as our common carrier:

Delivery time: approximately 2-7 business days in transit, depending on area.

You will receive an order confirmation email acknowledging receipt of your order, and a second email confirming that your order has been shipped. We will contact you by the end of the next business day if there is any issue with supplying or shipping your order.

We reserve the right to place a shipping hold on any order we determine to be at risk for damage by weather conditions. If your order happens to be placed on a shipping hold, we will make every effort to contact and inform you. We do our very best to act in our customer’s interest in this regard, and make every effort possible to see that your order is delivered in good condition. However, it is ultimately your responsibility once you authorize us to ship your order, and the customer assumes all liability for any damage from heat or cold.
