The classic Côte-Rôtie cuvée is made from twenty different plots, to represent a beautiful synthesis of the Côte-Rôtie appellation's terroirs.
Vinified in whole harvests, it is aged for twenty-two months in barrels.
It is a wine that deserves at least five years of ageing (and much more in the big years) to fully express the finesse of its texture and the power of its aromas. A must-have in the name.
