This Burgundy Blanc has an incredible origin. Made by one of Burgundy's most sought-after winemakers, with fruit coming from St. Aubin, Puligny and Chassagne.
The wine ferments and matures for 14-18 months in second and third filling, slightly toasted demi-muids without battonage.
The resulting wine is fresh and lively, with notes of white flowers and white peach with a touch of toast. The palette is full of fresh acidity.
